Generate UK awarded Customer Service Excellence+ accreditation

Accreditation awarded to organisations demonstrating professional, high-level customer service.

We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised for our commitment to our clients via the Customer Service Excellence+ accreditation, continuing to be the only UK agency to achieve this level of Customer Service Excellence.

Customer Service Excellence (previously the ‘Charter Mark’) is part of the government’s movement to promote businesses that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering – putting the customer at the heart of what they do.

The accreditation is awarded to organisations who are consistently achieving the national standard for excellence in customer service.

In order to be recognised as achieving Customer Service Excellence you must be successfully assessed against the following criteria:

  • Customer insight
  • Organisation culture
  • Information & access
  • Delivery
  • Timeliness & service quality

During a virtual evaluation process, our CSE assessor interviewed our customers and members of their team in order to examine against these customer service criteria.

The CSE assessor was generous in their praise of us on how professional, creative, focused, and highlighted how genuine the organisation is particularly when it comes to delivering for our clients; as well as how the agency has empowered its team to have adopted an open, honest and highly collaborative way of working, both from a personal and professional perspective.

This is the third time we have been audited for the Customer Service Excellence accreditation, demonstrating the agency’s commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service to our customers.

Following the first award of the standard in 2017, Customer Service Excellence made the following comment: “‘it was apparent from talking to customers that they valued the approach taken by Generate UK Ltd and the provision of service. Customers stated that they trusted there was always open communication, honesty and transparency in all dealings.’
